  Retained Search
This is the most appropriate method for senior or specialist roles where high level of confidentiality is required. These candidates are probably not looking to move, and are unlikely to be found in the database. We use our own proven and discreet search methodology to maximum effect. Through this painstaking method, we are able to identify and approach the best candidate for the position.
  Advertised Search
Advertised recruitment continues to be a highly effective method to attract mid to senior level candidates. We advertise in the main media, either under our own brand for anonymity or under joint logos for a more powerful impact. In this role, we conduct the first round interviews and present the short-list within a short time frame.
  Contingency Recruitment
This service is a fast and low risk process, which relies mainly on database search, and referrals. We use these sources to identify and mobilise a suitable short-list of candidates against any specific vacancy at high speed. All candidates are interviewed and pre-screened by our consultants and a detailed resume is presented to the client. This service is suitable for mid level positions.
