Search
Advertised recruitment continues to be a highly
effective method to attract mid to senior level candidates. We advertise
in the main media, either under our own brand for anonymity or under
joint logos for a more powerful impact. In this role, we conduct
the first round interviews and present the short-list within a short
time frame.
Contingency
Recruitment
This service is a fast and low risk process, which
relies mainly on database search, and referrals. We use these sources
to identify and mobilise a suitable short-list of candidates against
any specific vacancy at high speed. All candidates are interviewed
and pre-screened by our consultants and a detailed resume is presented
to the client. This service is suitable for mid level positions.
